Terms & Ticket Policy
Last updated October 19, 2026
The short version: tickets are sold directly by us, all sales are final unless an event is cancelled, keep your QR code to yourself, and please be good to each other at the show. The full terms are below. They're a binding agreement, so please read them.
These Terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME, e.g. Erickson Unlimited LLC] (“Erickson Unlimited,” “we,” “us”). By using ericksoneventstickets.com, buying a ticket, or attending one of our events, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you buy tickets for others, you agree on their behalf and are responsible for sharing these Terms with them.
Section 14 contains a binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver that affect how disputes are resolved. You may opt out as described there.
1. Who can buy
- You must be at least 18 years old to buy tickets.
- Events marked 21+ require every guest to show valid government-issued photo ID at the door. No ID, no entry, and no refund.
- We may limit the number of tickets per person, per order, or per household, and cancel orders that exceed limits.
2. Your ticket
- A ticket is a revocable license to attend the event on the date shown. It is not property, and we may revoke it if these Terms are broken.
- Each ticket has a unique QR code that admits one entry (a table ticket admits the number of people shown). The first person to present a valid code is admitted.
- Keep your QR code private. We are not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, shared, copied, or posted online. Duplicated codes are refused after the first scan.
- Tickets may not be resold for more than face value or used for commercial resale, promotions, or contests without our written permission. Tickets bought from anyone other than us may be invalid, and we may cancel tickets we believe were obtained by fraud, bots, or in violation of limits.
3. Prices and fees
- Prices are in U.S. dollars. The price, any fees (such as card processing and venue fees), discounts, and the total are shown before you pay.
- Prices can change before you buy; the price confirmed at checkout is what you pay.
- If we make a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
- Promo codes have no cash value, can't be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Refunds, cancellations, and changes
- All sales are final. We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of plans, missed events, weather you don't like, or being refused entry under these Terms.
- If we cancel an eventand don't reschedule it, you'll receive a full refund of the amount you paid us, to the original payment method. That refund is our only obligation for a cancelled event; we aren't responsible for travel, lodging, or other costs.
- If an event is rescheduled, your tickets are automatically valid for the new date. We will email you the new date and time.
- Lineups, performers, set times, opening acts, and other details may change without notice and are not grounds for a refund unless the event is cancelled.
5. Chargebacks
If something's wrong with your order, please contact us first at [PRIVACY / SUPPORT EMAIL]. We'll make it right if we can. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute for an order covered by these Terms, the tickets in that order may be cancelled, and we may decline future orders from you.
6. At the event
- We and the venue may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is intoxicated, disorderly, threatening, underage for the event, carrying prohibited items, or who breaks the venue's rules or the law, with no refund.
- Entry may require a bag check or search. Re-entry is at the venue's discretion.
- Recording the performance may be prohibited by the artist or venue.
- Venue policies (alcohol, smoking, bags, seating) also apply, and venues are independently responsible for their premises.
7. Assumption of risk
Live events involve risks, including loud sound that can affect hearing, bright and flashing lights, crowds and crowd movement, uneven surfaces, outdoor weather and wildlife, alcohol consumption by others, and exposure to illnesses, including contagious diseases. By attending, you voluntarily assume all of these risks, known and unknown. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Erickson Unlimited, its owners, staff, contractors, performers, and venue partners from claims arising from these inherent risks. This does not release anyone from liability for their gross negligence or willful misconduct, or where release is not allowed by law.
8. Photos and video at events
Our events may be photographed, filmed, recorded, or streamed. By attending, you consent to being included and grant Erickson Unlimitedand its partners the right to use your image, likeness, and voice as captured at the event, without payment, in any media, including promotion and advertising. If you don't want to appear in a specific photo, tell our photographer or contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
9. Using this website
- Don't use bots, scripts, or automated tools to buy tickets, bypass limits or queues, or scrape the Site; don't interfere with its security or operation; and don't use it for anything unlawful.
- The Site's content, logos, and design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
- Links to other websites are for convenience; we're not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Site, tickets, and events are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, travel or lodging costs, or emotional distress, arising from the Site, tickets, or events; and (b) our total liability for any claim relating to the Site, a ticket, or an event will not exceed the amount you paid us for the tickets involved in that claim.
Some states don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Erickson Unlimitedand its owners, staff, and partners against claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your conduct at an event.
13. Events outside our control
We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, power or internet outages, government orders, public health emergencies, venue closures, labor disputes, or performer illness or travel disruption. If such an event causes a cancellation, Section 4 applies.
14. Resolving disputes: arbitration and class action waiver
Talk to us first
Most issues can be fixed quickly. Before filing any claim, email [PRIVACY / SUPPORT EMAIL] with your name, order number, and a description of the issue, and give us 60 days to try to resolve it informally.
Binding individual arbitration
If we can't resolve it, you and we agree that any dispute arising from these Terms, the Site, tickets, or events will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration may be held by video or phone, or in Anchorage, Alaska. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
No class actions or jury trials
You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. Claims may be brought only on an individual basis.
Opting out
You can opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing [PRIVACY / SUPPORT EMAIL]with your name, email, and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out doesn't affect any other part of these Terms.
If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the rest still applies, except that if the class action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim must be brought in court and this arbitration section will not apply to it.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any claim not subject to arbitration must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Anchorage, Alaska, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
16. Other terms
- We may update these Terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the update date shown above.
- If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
- These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any event-specific terms shown at checkout are the entire agreement between us about their subject.
- Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
